I’m off back to Birmingham today to the Spring Fair at the NEC. I have a couple of regular suppliers who I’ll be ordering with today, as well as continuing to keep my eyes peeled for anything new and inspiring.
Our last chance to buy rail with 20% off last sizes, has really reduced down this week and we have also sold more pairs of boots, which is pleasing.
Having dressed the window on Tuesday, showcasing one of our new handbags with a separate strap, I was thrilled when my first two customers the next morning, had been for coffee, looked in the window and came in, independently, and each bought a new strap as they already have a handbag. I have since also sold a couple of handbags – the windows work!
On Monday evening, Lynn, Annie and I went to see the Marble and Foil collections. Oh dear, I’m afraid I may have got a little carried away again, but it is all just too irresistible! Here is an example of one of the jumpers we have ordered which we all fell in love with! There is just something about monochrome isn’t there?
It will all start happening now with deliveries for the Spring so I will let you know as soon as it is here and available.
