I was back at Goodwood again last Sunday – Ian and I went along to the Breakfast Club which was a display of cars and motorbikes pre 1984. There was a great turnout and we spent a good few hours browsing. We bumped in to a couple of customers who were displaying their fabulous Morris Minor which is in immaculate condition.
Monday evening, Lyn and I placed our Adini order for next summer – surprise, surprise more dresses and tunics. How do you like this zesty print? It is a tunic top which will look great with white trousers, but we’ll keep you waiting to see the rest.
The shop has been quiet this week – August is always a tricky month – everyone has gone off on holiday! Still plenty of bargains in our sale, even if you put them away for next summer.
Two boxes have arrived from Robell including the shorter length needlecords which I have stored away for a couple of weeks. Having been asked many times, I have ordered them in taupe this year, as well as the black, grey and navy.
I am supposed to be heading off to spend a week in Scotland this coming week, taking my in-laws – however, in the circumstances it is impossible for my mother-in-law to travel, and therefore, our family are now coming down here to visit us! It looks like a fabulous week for weather so that will be brilliant timing.
Have a great week ahead, take care of each other and be kind.
