Happy Easter everyone. I hope you are spending time with your families and enjoying a restful bank holiday weekend.
We have had our family visiting from Scotland this week, so I was away from the shop. We were blessed with some gorgeous, long awaited weather and made the most of it. We were out every day either walking or shopping. The boys golfed, and as usual our days revolved around meal times! Lots of stories, reminiscing, fun and laughter – too much food and drink of course!
I am so pleased that this fine weather has made the shop much busier and when we visited Emsworth, there were certainly lots of people around.
The shop is looking really colourful and the sandals are starting to sell – a little sunshine makes all of the difference.
We had a small delivery of the Made in Italy one size range – some pretty items which are already selling. Here is a photo I took of one of the cotton and linen tops which is just £27 – I hope to get these onto the website soon.
As I said last week, Ian and I are off next week and had planned to sort out our garden but the forecast is not good. Having said that, I am pleased the weather was great for our visitors this past week.
