We had a busy start to the week which petered out thanks to the miserable weather!
However, we are seeing more interest in boots. We have a couple of showerproof options available – particularly popular with dog walkers. The pair in the image are actually 100% vegan and are available in both black or silver/grey and I know that they are super comfortable.
Since our Pachamama range has been out on display and in the window, it has started selling – there are some really lovely pieces and quite a choice. It is advisable to get these sooner rather than later. Whilst I try to purchase top ups, they aren’t always available and I’d hate for you to be disappointed.
We went to watch the Great South Run on Sunday – how lucky we were with the weather. It was gorgeous in the sunshine but pretty cool in the shade. A hot chocolate did the trick. Well done to everyone who took part and especially to our family who travelled down from Scotland to take part!
Ian and I had the following week off. We had a quiet week but did manage a trip to visit a friend in Amersham for lunch, shopping trip to Whiteley and the Deer Park at Petersfield – dodging showers all the way!
Saturday was my birthday. We went to Ocean Village in Southampton, just for somewhere to go as it was pouring with rain at home, and we ended up in the gorgeous Harbour Hotel for a super lunch with views!! We really enjoyed ourselves – it was spontaneous but what a great find.
Home in time for birthday cake, a glass of wine and Strictly! I love it and that was my idea of heaven. Very relaxing and all ready now for next week.
I’m back at the shop on Monday – ready to pack up summer and go all out winter.
