We are simply not used to extreme heat and it’s times like this that we realise we are not equipped for it in the wardrobe department either!
It is too hot to shop but a few of you have been in buying dresses and sandals which has been lovely – we have a selection of summer tops including this cotton camisole which comes in a few different colours. Perfect for wearing with shorts or even as an underlayer with a little cardigan.
You will have seen on our social media platforms that some ladies are happy for us to take a photo of them trying on new dresses etc – they really look fantastic. Consequently we have received a lot of interaction on each post, which is great for business, so if you’ll allow us, we’d love to take a photo of you and share this with our audience. It helps for people to see how the clothing looks on an actual person.
We also have a lot of half price sale sandals/summer footwear but I must add that sizes are VERY limited – worth a look if you are passing the shop though – you might just be our Cinderella!
I am away from the shop next week so it’s over to Lyn and Karen. You’ll be in safe hands. PLEASE keep them busy – we are still limping along but I remain in high spirits – always the optimist!
