My days at the shop were pretty quiet this week, but those who did call in left happy – I particularly enjoyed some banter with one couple from Hayling Island telling me about their very protective dog named “Keith!”.  The name tickled me for some reason – bless him, he is a rescue so it’s nice to think he now has a good home.
Visitors come from far and wide, Oxford, Farnham, Bognor, Guildford to name a few – a nice couple from Farnborough – this lady was thrilled to actually find a pair of sandals.  She thought that she’d never be able to wear sandals again because of her bunion, but good old Caprice think of everything and the first pair she picked up fitted perfectly, hiding her bunion and you’d never have known there was one!

Ian, George and I travelled to London on Thursday and climbed the O2 – no idea why I let them talk me in to it, but I’m glad I did it.  The views were spectacular and we were so lucky to have good weather.  It was a long day with lots of walking but I always love being in London.  We visited our usual favourites, Camden Market, Leicester Square, and Carnaby Street.  We enjoyed an Italian meal in Soho before heading home.
Until next week, look out for each other and be kind.
