What an amazing woman – mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and OUR Queen. So terribly sad. Working to the very end her dedication was incredible – working just two days before she passed. I have no words to add to those which have already been said. The media coverage has been fantastic, allowing us to re-live her life. I am sure that King Charles III will continue to reign in her dignified manner. We are all guilty of taking our loved ones for granted – reliable, always there. It is not until we suffer loss that we realise how important they were and appreciate their lives and contribution they made to your own life.
A new King and Prime Minister – what a week it has been for the British public. There is a similar feeling of “coming together” as there was during the pandemic. We are all sharing something historical and unforgettable.
Moving on to shop news – you will have received the announcement of our new season arrivals now available online and in store. So far, it has been really well received and since that announcement, we have received even more pieces from Adini as well as our new FOIL collection. This collection is our prestigious range, a little more expensive but exquisite! These will be added to the website next week. Here is one of the new jackets….
I am gradually removing the remaining sale items and high summer stock but I know some of you are still off on holidays to warmer climates, so do ask if there was something you needed i.e. shorts, t-shirts, sandals etc, because I can easily bring them back in.
