A short week for me this week – just in the shop Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday I had a few regulars call in for a catch up which was really lovely. It feels as though I’ve been away for ages! Tuesday was very busy with both locals and visitors and I cleared a number of sale items which is fantastic.
We have received a number of deliveries from all of our suppliers and I am busy behind the scenes, logging the stock onto the website, getting them ready to go on general sale. As you know, the shop is only tiny, and storage is minimal, so whilst the weather is still fine, I am concentrating on clearing the summer stock until the weather turns. I don’t think it will be long now, probably early next week but I promise to make the announcement on here as soon as the Autumn/Winter collections are released so keep a look out for an additional email!
Apparently Victorious was fabulous and The Sterephonics were brilliant! In fact, Ian and I went over on the motorbike one evening and sat on the wall listening to the music and taking in the atmosphere.
We only stayed until it got cooler and then headed home. The next night we cycled to the Gosport Ferry and went across to Pizza Express at Gun Wharf for our dinner. It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed relaxing. It was a good 12 mile round trip so I felt pleased that I’d worked off the pizza!
We visited the Emsworth Show on Monday and the displays were absolutely fantastic. It was very busy and I did bump in to one or two of you!
Now I am off to keep loading the new stock onto the website – you are going to love it – exciting times. Just to tickle your tastebuds, here’s one of the new dresses!
