Hello again! Don’t the weeks fly by? I couldn’t hold off any longer and dressed our windows with the Christmas decorations on Monday. I can’t believe it’s only two weeks until Christmas Day. The shop will be open for our usual business hours up until Christmas Eve when, if it is quiet, we tend to close early. Unusually, this year we have decided to open between Christmas and New Year, so from Wednesday 28th through to Saturday 31st we will be there at 10am but, again, as we do on Christmas Eve, if it is quiet, we will close early, so if you are heading to us it might be wise to call first.
Our top up delivery of socks arrived, we now have lamas, white westie dogs, puffins and dinosaurs! These make fun stocking fillers.

The excitement has been brewing in our house for the World Cup. It has been a great tournament so far – lots of surprises and goals! Devastated to be out but France are a quality team (with the help of the referee!!!). Our boys did us proud to get this far….. roll on the Euros!
Now I am looking forward to tonight’s Strictly semi final!!
What on earth will I do when it’s all over? I’m sure they’ll be something else to replace it.
