Bbbbbrrrrrgggghhhh! Oh my goodness – I can’t remember feeling so cold. Unfortunately, because we are on the end of a row without the warmth of neighbours on either side, the shop has felt extremely cold. I have kept my coat on a lot of the time – it is so cosy that I just cannot bear to take it off! You’ll appreciate that unless we are moving around all of the time, it gets so cold just sitting – but, so far, you don’t seem to mind as we are soon ready to jump up and serve you, even in our coats!
I shared a lovely eveing with Lyn and Annie on Thursday – we had a Christmas meal at The Deck. The food was delicious, and the company wasn’t bad either!!
I took part in an Instagram Christmas challenge last week – (you may have noticed more activity) which encourged you to post more photos, reels etc in order to create more awareness of your business. It was very useful and I did learn more tips – I’d be really grateful if, whenever you see these on either Facebook or Instagram, you could give it a like or share. It really helps with the algorithm, putting us in front of new faces to grow our account, promote the business and to help us survive! January and February are always difficult months at the best of times!

We had a delivery from Robell on Friday – a new style for us called Elena which is a very fine cord/jean with a zip, button front and back pockets – with belt hoops! These are long 80cm/31.5″ and are available in black or navy only – these retail at £99. I need to take photos and add them to the website next week. We also received a top up of the navy needlecord full length 78cm/31″ retailing at £75. My hands are tied on the Robell pricing as they have strict instructions that we must sell at their prices if we wish to be a stockist.
I’m hoping we will be busy with the sale next week and hope you all enjoy taking advantage of a bargain.
I loved Strictly last night. Wow, what a fabulous final. It is such a great family show. All of the finalists were fantastic and I was very happy – Hamza was a worthy, humble winner – so adorable!
