Bank Holiday Monday was a beautiful day – George arrived home from his trip to Reading Festival, sun tanned, exhausted and dusty! We had a BBQ and soaked up the last of the sunshine – what a contrast to this weekend!!
Yesterday, George was at the Sausage and Cider Festival in Winchester which was muddy and soggy, but I think they still had a good time.
We had a house viewing so I was busy all day on Friday cleaning and tidying the house and then on Saturday I spent the day driving around with Ian searching for a second hand car to replace his old banger, which proved fruitless!
The shop has been much more exciting this week – I’ve really enjoyed putting out and organising the new stock – it is so refreshing to see new things again, and you have all been great checking it out and making your purchases now whilst you size is there. It is just the Marble and Foil that has arrived so far, so we have Adini and more Robell to come, and of course our Pachamama knitwear will soon be here ready for the winter months. Oh yes, and of course Caprice will no doubt start arriving soon too!
I can’t afford to take my foot off the gas, there are still lots of bills to pay and summer stock to clear, so please take a look on the website or call in.
I was so pleased that Marble repeated on the pretty Sea Foam colour for this season and they have also introduced crisp white shirts, ideal for layering as you can see on this image, under the gorgeous feather yarn tank top.
Have a great week, take care of each other and be kind, and I hope to you soon.
