Some days, you look at the weather and you wonder whether it’s worth getting out of bed and going to work, and Monday was no exception! However, as I often say, if you visit on a wet day, you usually get the shop to yourself together with our undivided attention.
That is exactly what happened with a really lovely lady, whom I met for the first time. She usually sees Lyn when she comes in to the shop, so this was the first time we met, and she was telling me how much she enjoys reading my weekly emails. She made a special trip just to come to the shop – her husband dropped her off and we were able to try a number of items, which she seemed very pleased with. So hello to you June (I remembered) and I hope you are loving your purchases – I thought they all look great.
I watched the weather forecast and it looks as though things are going to get colder – it has been so mild, so I think this will come as a bit of a shock.
